Use Suggestion
Session：It is better to start with a shorter session if you never use light therapy. One treatment session for the same area should not exceed 30 minutes.
Frequency: Perform the treatment on the same area once a day or every two days.
Wear: It is best to expose your skin. When you need to wear clothes, the thinner they are, the better.
Distance: Keep a distance at 6-12 inches from the device for best results.
Protect your eyes: Please wear goggles when enjoying the light therapy.
Tips: Drink some water before and during use.
