EMS Massage
Electric muscle stimulation (EMS) is a type of electrotherapy stimulates a muscle contraction using electrical impulses in order strengthen weak muscles, reduce swelling, relieve pain and help heal wounds. Doctors use EMS to help relieve musculoskeletal injuries or ailments.
Press “M” key of the controller, enter into EMS mode.
Continously press “M” key, then 1/2/3/4/5/6 indicator will be lit accordingly, it means different mode.
The intensity can be adjusted by “+” and “-” keys.
Six Therapy Modes
01 Mixed Mode(660nm+850nm): Press the “R” key ONCE of the controller, both red and infrared light will be on.
02 Mixed Pulse Mode(660nm+850nm+Pulse): Press the “R” key ONCE of the controller, then press the “P” key to start this pulse mode.
03 Infrared Light Mode(850nm): Press the “R” key TWICE of the controller, only infrared light will be on.
04 Infrared Light Pulse Mode(850nm+Pulse): Press the “R” key TWICE of the controller, then press the “P” key to start this pulse mode.
05 Red Light Mode(660nm): Press the “R” key 3 TIMES of the controller, only red light will be on.
06 Red Light Pulse Mode(660nm+Pulse): Press the “R” key 3 TIMES of the controller, then press the “P” key to start this pulse mode.

Usage Frequency
1. Not exceed 30 minutes for a session, 1-2 times a day for the same area, and last for a minimum of 4 weeks.
2. After use, unplug and store the belt in a cool, dry area, and use a lightly damp cloth to wipe off the sweat.
Attentions
Do not sharply bend the belt, please loose roll it to prevent the flexible PCB board from fracturing.
